Support
Need help with CueStride? Email cuestride@gmail.com.
Include your device type, operating-system version, CueStride version, and a short description of what happened. Please do not send recordings, scripts, purchase tokens, pairing codes, passwords, or other sensitive information.
Restore a purchase
- Confirm that your device is signed in to the Apple App Store or Google Play account originally used to purchase CueStride.
- Open CueStride and go to the Pro or billing screen.
- Select Restore Purchases.
- If access is not restored, check your connection and try again. Then email support with the store platform, product name, approximate purchase date, and any non-sensitive error message.
Manage or cancel a subscription
Subscriptions are managed by the store used for purchase. Deleting CueStride does not cancel a subscription.
Request a refund
Apple and Google normally handle billing and refund requests:
Delete CueStride data
CueStride does not create an app account or store your scripts and media in a CueStride cloud account.
- To erase app-managed local content, open Settings → Privacy & Storage → Delete all data.
- You can also delete the app to remove its managed local data, subject to operating-system behavior.
- Copies you exported to Photos, Files, cloud drives, or other apps must be deleted from those destinations separately.
- Store transaction records remain with Apple or Google under their policies.
Because CueStride has no cloud-content account, support cannot remotely view, recover, or delete scripts or recordings stored only on your device.
Local-network remote pairing
Both devices must be nearby, on a network that permits device-to-device traffic, and have local-network permission enabled for CueStride. Pairing credentials expire automatically. If pairing fails, stop the current session, confirm both devices are on the same trusted network, and generate a new code.
